NEONSPACE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

NeonSpace is built so that your home's information stays in your home. This page explains, in plain words, what that means.

The NeonSpace dashboard (free)

The dashboard runs on your own computer. Your device list, the names you give them, and your history charts are stored on that computer and are never sent to us. NeonSpace has no account system, and we can't see your dashboard.

To show some features, the dashboard contacts these services directly, and only for features you use:

NeonSpace AI (Pro)

When you ask NeonSpace AI a question, your dashboard sends your question plus a short text summary of your network: device names and whether they're online, your computer's health readings, which apps were found, and your internet ping. With Pro, it also sends the list of changes the AI may suggest. You can see that exact text at any time with the 🔒 "What the AI sees" button in the chat.

Never collected

If you buy Pro

Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record. We never see your card number. We keep what's needed to run your plan: your name and email, your order numbers, your plan and whether it's active, and how many AI messages you used today (reset daily). Our server log records how much text each AI answer used, to prevent overload; it does not record what was said.

Your choices

You can use the free dashboard without giving us anything. You can cancel Pro at any time. To get a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Children

Kids mode is designed for families to enjoy together. NeonSpace does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and kids mode sends nothing to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Important changes will also be mentioned in the NeonSpace release notes.
