14-day money-back guarantee

If NeonSpace Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked. Just contact us with the email you paid with, or reply to your receipt.

After 14 days

You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it or if NeonSpace AI was unavailable for a long stretch, in which case get in touch and we'll make it right.

Plan changes

Upgrading takes effect straight away, and you're charged the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment provider. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
