These terms cover your use of the NeonSpace software and the NeonSpace Pro subscription. By installing NeonSpace or buying Pro, you agree to them.

1. The software

NeonSpace is source-available software licensed under the PolyForm Strict License 1.0.0. You may install and use it for free for personal, non-commercial use, such as your own home network. You may not modify, redistribute or resell it, or remove or get around the Pro license check. Businesses and other commercial use need a commercial license; contact us.

2. NeonSpace Pro

• NeonSpace Pro Lite, Pro and Pro Max are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, that unlock the features listed on our pricing page for that plan, including NeonSpace AI with the daily allowance of your plan.
• Your Pro key renews itself automatically while your subscription is active. If a payment fails and can't be collected, or you cancel, Pro stops at the end of the period you paid for.
• Daily AI allowances reset every day at midnight UTC. Unused messages don't carry over.
• NeonSpace AI may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or when it is very busy; higher plans are served first when there is a queue. The free dashboard keeps working regardless.

3. Using NeonSpace AI responsibly

NeonSpace AI gives general guidance about home networks. It can be wrong. Changes it suggests run only after you approve them twice, and you are responsible for approving them. Don't use NeonSpace AI to attack, probe or access networks or devices that aren't yours, or to try to extract other people's information.

4. Your network, your responsibility

Only use NeonSpace on networks you own or have permission to monitor. NeonSpace watches devices on your local network so you can look after it; please use it in a way that respects the privacy of the people in your home.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which is the seller of record and handles sales tax. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for new billing periods with notice. See our refund policy.

6. No warranty

NeonSpace is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will catch every problem or be available at all times. NeonSpace is not a security alarm system and is not a substitute for one.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, NeonSpace's total liability for any claim relating to the software or Pro is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using NeonSpace and cancel Pro at any time. We may suspend Pro for misuse of NeonSpace AI or abuse of the service, and will refund any unused paid time if we do.
